    • Participates in the development and implementation of technical training programs and evaluates the effectiveness of program.
    • Conduct Training sessions, works with and obtains services of others when needed.
    • Maintains inventory of formal technical training materials.
    • Maintains records of employee training and identifies future training needs.
    • May provide guidance and assistance to lower level positions and other functional areas. 
    • Research new training materials and supplies that might enhance our training procedures and provide value to our employees.
    • Develop training aids - Including handbooks, quick guides, demonstration models, multi-media visual aids and computer tutorials.
    • Onboarding and training of new hires.
    • Communicate on and schedule training sessions.
    • Coordinates or performs administrative functions necessary to deliver and document training.
    • Communicate with claims staff and management to ensure all needs are met.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.


    Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
    Field of Study: Liberal Arts, Business or a related discipline.
    Experience: 2-4 years of related Property & Casualty experience.

    • Works within specific limits and authority on assignments of moderate technical complexity. Possesses functional knowledge and skills that are reflective of a fully competent practitioner. Performs work under moderate supervision.
