Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
Creates and executes various testing documentation (including plans, conditions, and scripts) based on technical and
o Writes and maintains test automation.
o Tests software to ensure proper operation and freedom from defects and/or system performance including
scalability and load testing.
o Performs regression testing.
o Ensures adequate product testing, in accordance with established standards and requirements, prior to
o Maintains Test Script Library and/or performance test results.
Documents problems and coordinates resolutions.
Devises improvements to current procedures and develops models of possible future configurations.
Maintains and develops business knowledge and customer relationships.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Information Technology, Business or a related discipline.
Experience: 3 to 5 years of related experience. Familiar with relational databases and client-server concepts.
Performs moderately complex test case/procedure development, test management functions and tasks.
Performs moderately complex analysis of requirements, test coverage and impact of proposed requirements
changes. Conducts peer reviews of test artifacts. Performs work under moderate supervision. May serve as
Scrum Master on an agile team, helping the team through a combination of facilitation and coaching, while also
helping those outside the team understand how to interact with the team. May serve as an agile development
team member, creating and testing the product increment.
