We are currently looking for a Marketing Leader to further amplify our brand and lead both internal and external communications.  The ideal candidate will be eager to tackle the challenges of building brand recognition in a variety of different formats, including print, digital and social media.  This is an excellent opportunity to drive innovation in a stable industry ripe for growth, disruption, and change.


Scope of Role:

  • Serves as the strategic owner and visionary of the National Interstate and Vanliner brand, acting as brand ambassador to provide guidance and input as needed.
  • Passion to work cross-functionally as to ensure brand continuity and identity, while creating exciting and engaging messaging for end users.
  • Create, drive, and manage an editorial calendar for content marketing.
  • Support the implementation of marketing initiatives through the execution of creative content, promotions and other mechanisms that help to effectively reach key stakeholder, including employees, customers and supporting community with key messaging to deliver maximum impact.  
  • Research, recommend and implement marketing programs designed to deliver a personalized and tailored experience to our customers.
  • Provide writing and presentation development with capability to articulate and explain complex initiatives, programs, and value propositions to a broad range of audiences. Writing will include  press releases, newsletters, announcements, or articles.
  • Interpret and analyze reports translating the data into actionable insights and recommendations for future initiatives.


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 7 + years of experience in a Marketing role and leadership experience
  • Ability to manage a team of creative and communications professionals, as well as coordinate outside resources.
